During the much anticipated iPhone event this morning, and just minutes after the unveiling of the iPhone 4S, Apple brought up Epic’s Mike Capps on stage. After touting the Chair’s original Inifinity Blade’s $20 million in revenue, making it obvious why we haven’t seen a Shadow Complex sequel yet, he revealed Infinity Blade 2.

A quick demo was shown at the press conference, but I’m not a technology writer, so it was all via a live blog. “We’re going to show you visuals that you’ve never seen on a mobile device,” Capps explained just before showing the demo. Judging from the pictures alone, it looks great, but I won’t be able to provide much more than that until it arrives on the App Store December 1.

Also, they showed koi swimming in a pond, because that’s what you do to show off new tech.
