Capcom has denied that the high street shortage of Resident Evil: Revelations has nothing to do with the embarrassing typo that plagued the game’s American release.
Game Breakers can exclusively reveal that many high street videogames retailers have received only one or two copies of the game since its launch this month – with no indication of when more will be dispatched.
Some Gamestation stores are reporting that they have received only one copy of the game, while some HMV stores have received no more than two copies.
And with these titles going straight to pre-order customers, the game hasn’t even touched the shelves of some retailers.
