Sony has confirmed the existence of a new PS3-exclusive God of War game.
God of War: Ascension will be a prequel to the original trilogy that will let players explore the origins of Spartan warrior Kratos and is the “most ambitious” game in the series to date, according to Sony.
A spokesman said: “The most ambitious God of War adventure in the series so far, God of War: Ascension takes us right back to where it all began.
“Discover the origins of Kratos as he takes his first steps on a now legendary quest for freedom.”
Sony will hold a God of War: Ascension live stream on Monday, April 30 that will provide fans with a glimpse of what’s in store. Todd Papy, the game’s director, will also be answering your questions about the game, which can be submitted on Twitter with the hashtag #godofwarascension.
Questions must be in by the end of tomorrow (Friday).
